The Centre for the Blind and Partially Sighted was set up in 1995 to assist students with serious sight problems with their integration into the normal school system.
Current laws along with research into the needs of the blind stress that even in the presence of a handicap or learning difficulties all children have the right to attend normal schools in the best possible conditions.The Centre for the Blind and Partially Sighted in Brescia aims to offer normal integrated schooling to pupils suffering from blindness and impaired sight.
